If you are buying for a girl, choose either 5.5, 6 or 6.5, All you do is use a string to measure the wrist and measure the string on a ruler or tape measure. The bracelets come with Lavendar essential oil added to the Lava stone. When you want to add more, simply place a drop of any essential oil and you have amazing frangrance that is also calming.

Basalt was created of chaos and destruction and is excellent to repel negativity when faced with major chaos and change. It is a mood stabilizer that also cleanses negativity. From the earth, it is a grounding stone to raise vibrations.
