This beautiful one-of-a-kind necklace comes with a list of stone energies and a Daily Affirmation for you to read to remind yourself what energies you want for the day. This design has a hematite center bead and comes paperwork of written description of the stone energies and a Daily Affirmation. Gemstones with energies are:

Smokey Quartz: Releases old sources of dis-ease. Penetrates, dissolves and transforms negative energy patterns and emotional blockages, which cause dis-ease. Has a relaxing effect and eliminates stress. Alleviates pain.
